You're the Best

It's funny how I was running dry on mojo just the week before because of my PC crash, and suddenly I was making cards almost every night before I sleep. I guess it has something to do with me receiving happy parcels, LOL! Something that I bought online took slightly more than 2 months to reach me. I had almost given up and thought that perhaps it got sucked into the postal black hole, and then one day I'm home to find a nice big fat parcel on the table! And then Evelin, my enabler, got me some Papertreyink stamps and impression plate from the US and that made me even happier! I'll schedule the posting of the cards to make up for my disappearance next week...I'm off to visit my sisters in Brissie! *happy happy*

Supplies: Tim Holtz on the Edge Townscape die, HA sentiment stamp, HA happy definition stamp, Fluid chalk, Versamark, Embossing powder, pti Polka dot impression plate

This card is made mostly from scraps, the embossed piece was actually part of another card that I made a boo boo, if you turned it over you'll see some messy stamping on the back :) The townscape die cut was also cut out from scraps of white cardstock, odd shaped after a stamped image was cut out, but it was just the right size to fit the die. I had inked up the happy definition stamp with various chalk colours and stamped it on the townscape.

I'm submitting this card to the following challenges:
1. Hero Arts April 2011 Challenge
2. Creative Craft Challenges - Embossing
3. Claudia & Company #80 - Clean and Simple

This card is also dedicated to all of you who are always here to leave sweet comments on my blog. You guys are indeed the Best!

Ta for now! :)
